Atlas Residences

The Objective:

I was given the name ATLAS as a condo company and my task was to
create a unique giveaway package for the customers viewing the building.
The location of the building is London.

The Solution:

The concept I developed is combining weather and living space. My aim was to show the consumer that all weather can be great and how to make the most of it within the apartment and location. To convey this concept I made visual links with four main living areas and four main weather systems shown within the brochure.

THE BROCHURE PACK

Although the concept is about
the customer creating their own
'weather conditions' within the home,
the graphic style does not scream weather. For example, the main colour palette is more warm luxury with an unidentifiable association to a weather condition. Not only does this make it unique to the brand but also allows the customers the freedom to discover the 'weather' in each room, as everyone
has a different style
of living.

THE GIVEAWAY

The aim is the customer to leave the apartment tour knowing they can control how each room in the apartment feels,
no matter what they do in it. The giveaway gift resembles that control. It gives them the opportunity to create weather. This also appeals to children as most often they do not enjoy going on tours so having a fun activity to associate with the visit will make them enjoy it more.
